Simple Tomato Salad
3 slices red tomato
3 slices yellow tomato
4 kalamata olives, halved
1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
1. Layer tomatoes on the plate. Arranges olives and cheese. Top with olive oil.
(The garnish is thinly sliced fresh basil.)
Sat fat: 2.7g
The sodium is primarily due to the olives. Remove or reduce them to help limit your sodium intake.
